Kool FM started broadcasting in the early 90s in North London, playing early Drum And Bass that emerged from the Rave / Oldskool producers. From the mid nineties Drum And Bass was well established as its own genre of dance music, and Kool FM were at the forefront of the underground scene, broadcasting the best music of the time.
